  • Participating in team meetings and case discussions to share insights and best practices.
  • Providing guidance and support to less experienced staff and students.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to child welfare and protection.
