To succeed in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
