  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Strong knowledge of adult safeguarding, mental health legislation, and relevant policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage a caseload efficiently.
