As a Children's Social Worker in the CIC Team, you will be responsible for:

Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with multi-agency partners. Providing ongoing support and intervention for children in care, ensuring their voices are heard and prioritized. Maintaining accurate and timely case records, reports, and documentation. Participating in team meetings, supervision sessions, and training to enhance professional development.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Experience working within a children's social work setting, ideally with a focus on children in care. Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, families, and professionals.
