We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Adult and Community (A&C) team in Leicestershire, specializing in Cognitive and Physical Disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with adults with cognitive and physical disabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
