  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in adult social work, particularly with individuals with physical disabilities.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
