To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children’s social work, particularly in child protection and safeguarding.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to children’s services.
