We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Manager for our Children's Team in Walsall. As part of the Children and Families (C&F) Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our community. You will lead a team of qualified social workers, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in children's social work, including supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
