We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Learning Disabilities Team in Leeds. As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals with learning disabilities to identify their needs and preferences.

  • Providing ongoing support and advocacy to clients, ensuring their rights and wishes are upheld.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities in a social work setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
