We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Family Assessment and Support team in Lincolnshire. This pivotal role involves working closely with families to assess their needs, provide support, and implement effective interventions. You will play a crucial part in promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children, ensuring that families receive the assistance they require to thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive family assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
