As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families, ensuring that appropriate interventions are implemented. Providing advice, support, and guidance to families, empowering them to develop their own solutions and improve their circumstances. To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., degree in social work or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in children's social work, particularly within early help or preventative services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
