We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Assessment & Intake Team in Southwark. In this pivotal role, you will work collaboratively with individuals and families to assess their needs, ensuring that they receive the appropriate support and interventions. As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and risks.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with legal and organizational standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in assessment and intake.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in adult social care.
