Adult's OT - Cheshire East
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cheshire East. In this role, you will work with adults to enhance their ability to perform daily living and work-related tasks. You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, providing therapeutic interventions and support to promote independence and improve quality of life for our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and goals.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Providing direct therapy to clients in various settings, including home visits and community programs.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Monitoring and evaluating client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educating clients and their families about therapeutic techniques and strategies to enhance daily functioning.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Strong understanding of adult rehabilitation principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in report writing and documentation.
