We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cheshire East. In this role, you will work with adults to enhance their ability to perform daily living and work-related tasks. You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, providing therapeutic interventions and support to promote independence and improve quality of life for our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and goals. Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Providing direct therapy to clients in various settings, including home visits and community programs. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Monitoring and evaluating client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Educating clients and their families about therapeutic techniques and strategies to enhance daily functioning.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Strong understanding of adult rehabilitation principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
