The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA or MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Care Wales.
  • Experience working with children and young people, particularly in a leaving care context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
