  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working within children’s services, particularly with looked after children.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
