Adult's OT - Solihull
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Solihull. In this rewarding role, you will work with a diverse range of clients to help them achieve their maximum potential and enhance their quality of life. You will provide assessment, intervention, and support to adults facing various challenges, ensuring they can engage in meaningful activities and improve their overall well-being.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and goals.
- Developing tailored intervention plans and implementing therapeutic activities.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Monitoring and evaluating clients' progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Providing education and support to clients and their families.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience in adult occupational therapy, preferably in a community or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
