We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s Social Work - Children in Care (CIC) Team in Essex. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings to advocate for the best interests of children.

The successful candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly in a statutory setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage competing demands effectively.
