As a Qualified Social Worker in our Mental Health Team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' mental health needs.
  • Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Providing ongoing support and intervention to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working within mental health services and knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach.
