We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Sheffield. As a Children's OT, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each child.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the occupational needs of children.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to enhance children's participation in daily activities.
  • Providing direct therapy services, including sensory integration, fine motor skills development, and self-care training.
  • Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and educators to support children's development and progress.
  • Documenting and evaluating therapy outcomes to ensure effective service delivery.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and families.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in applying evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
