Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and develop appropriate intervention plans. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and support services are provided. Providing guidance and support to families, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their child's care. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with local policies and statutory requirements.To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working within children's social services, particularly with children with disabilities.
