Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to the individual needs of children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in children’s social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and professionals.
