We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Devon. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to adults facing physical, emotional, or cognitive challenges. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough assessments to determine clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Implementing evidence-based interventions to improve clients' functional abilities. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Educating clients and their families about therapeutic processes and self-management techniques. Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.Essential qualifications and skills for this position include:
A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
