As a Children’s Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of children and families to determine their needs and develop tailored intervention plans. Working closely with families to implement safeguarding measures and support their journey towards improved outcomes. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to family safeguarding. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, reports, and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements. Participating in court proceedings and providing expert testimony when necessary.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and stakeholders.
