As a Children's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Collaborating with schools, health services, and community organizations to promote the well-being of children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with local policies and procedures.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Demonstrated experience in child protection and family support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families.
