Join our dedicated Children's TM - Family Help Team in Luton, where your expertise will make a significant impact on the lives of children and families in need. We are seeking a passionate and qualified social worker who is committed to providing high-quality support and intervention to vulnerable families. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to safeguard children, promote their welfare, and empower families to thrive.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing tailored care plans that promote positive outcomes. Providing direct support and guidance to families to enhance their parenting skills. Working closely with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with local policies and procedures.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in child protection and family support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families.
