We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult's Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in West Sussex. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for adults facing physical, mental, or emotional challenges. You will work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized rehabilitation programs that promote independence and improve overall well-being.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs, abilities, and goals. Designing and implementing tailored intervention plans to support recovery and enhance daily living skills. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and effective treatment outcomes. Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment. Monitoring and evaluating client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Proven experience working with adult populations in a clinical or community setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a client-centered approach to care.
