In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults, working collaboratively with individuals, families, and multi-agency partners to provide high-quality support and protection. Your expertise will play a crucial role in assessing needs, developing care plans, and implementing safeguarding procedures to promote the best outcomes for those in our care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of adult clients to identify risks and support needs. Developing and reviewing care plans in collaboration with clients and their families. Implementing safeguarding protocols and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Providing advice and support to other professionals and stakeholders involved in safeguarding processes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with organizational policies.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with the relevant social work regulatory body. Demonstrated experience in adult safeguarding and social work practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
